Ingredients:

• Boneless seer fish pieces – 1/2 kg
• Curry powder – 1 tbsp or to taste
• Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Ginger – 2 tsp, chopped
• Garlic – 2 tsp, chopped
• Salt – to taste
• Egg – 1 large
• 1 – cup Curd
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• For the Mint chutney:
• Mint leaves – 2 cup
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 4-5
• Ginger – 1 small piece

Method:

  1. Mince the fish
  2. Grind the curry powder with the onion, ginger and garlic
  3. Add this to the fish mince
  4. Now add the salt and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well
  5. Divide the mixture into small round portions
  6. Flatten slightly and deep fry in hot oil
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney
  8. For the mint chutney:
  9. Roast all the ingredients in 1 tbsp of oil
  10. Grind with salt
  11. Add curd and chat masala
