
Ingredients:
• Boneless seer fish pieces – 1/2 kg
• Curry powder – 1 tbsp or to taste
• Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Ginger – 2 tsp, chopped
• Garlic – 2 tsp, chopped
• Salt – to taste
• Egg – 1 large
• 1 – cup Curd
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• For the Mint chutney:
• Mint leaves – 2 cup
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 4-5
• Ginger – 1 small piece
Method:
- Mince the fish
- Grind the curry powder with the onion, ginger and garlic
- Add this to the fish mince
- Now add the salt and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well
- Divide the mixture into small round portions
- Flatten slightly and deep fry in hot oil
- Serve hot with mint chutney
- For the mint chutney:
- Roast all the ingredients in 1 tbsp of oil
- Grind with salt
- Add curd and chat masala
