Ingredients:

• 1 big bunch – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp -coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper
• 1 – Green chilli
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1- small piece of Tamarind
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the curry leaves thoroughly.
  2. Grind curry leaves, coriander seeds, black pepper, green chilli, green chilli, cloves, salt and tamarind ingredients with a little water to a smooth consistency.
  3. In a hard bottom medium pan, pour oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add asafoetida powder.
  4. Add the ground mixture and stir well till the raw smell of the coriander seeds goes
