Ingredients:
• Broccoli florets – 2-3
• Potato – 1
• Onion medium – 1
• Carrots – 2
• Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
• Ginger – a small piece
• Garlic – 2 Cloves
• Cloves – 3
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Black Pepper -1/2
• Lime juice – as per taste.
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute chopped onions on low flame.
- Add chopped carrot and saute.
- Then add potatoes, broccoli florets, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Fry for a while, add water and salt, and let it cook.
- Add black pepper powder, and let veggies cook until tender, and then take it off the flame.
- Cool and grind to smooth paste. Add water if it’s very thick.
- Check for salt and then add lime juice as per taste.
- Serve.
