Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Slice the lady’s finger into very thin slices lengthwise and keep them aside.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry these slices till they become dark brown and crispy.
  3. Remove them and put them on a plate with a tissue paper, so that the excess oil is removed.
  4. After all the slices are fried, sprinkle the salt and chilli powder mixed on top and mix well.
  5. Serve it with cocktail or alcoholic drinks as starters.
