- Slice the lady’s finger into very thin slices lengthwise and keep them aside.
- Heat oil and deep fry these slices till they become dark brown and crispy.
- Remove them and put them on a plate with a tissue paper, so that the excess oil is removed.
- After all the slices are fried, sprinkle the salt and chilli powder mixed on top and mix well.
- Serve it with cocktail or alcoholic drinks as starters.
