
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Boneless Chicken
• 3/4 tsp – Oil
• For the paste:
• 3/4 cup – Grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 4 to 5 – Red Chillies
• 6 – Garlic flakes
• 3 tsp – pepper powder (to suit your taste)
• Few karipatha leaves
Method:
- Make a paste of all the above said ingredients except the chicken and oil.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste to it and add salt to taste.
- Mix it well, add the chicken pieces and one cup water. Keep the pan covered at medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot with rice.
