
Ingredients:
• 1/2 litre – Wheat puffs, cleaned, hard kernels removed.
• 1 cup – murmure (puffed rice).
• 2 tbsp – roasted skinned peanuts.
• 2 tbsp – boiled brown chickpeas, cold (optional).
• 2 slices – Raw Mango chopped finely.
• 1 – onion, chopped finely.
• 1 – carrot, grated.
• 1 – small green chilli, finely chopped.
• 1 – potato, boiled, cooled, peeled, chopped.
• 1 – small Green chilli crushed or finely chopped.
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped.
• 1 tiny flake – garlic.
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• 1 tsp – Olive oil.
• 1/2 tsp – salt.
Method:
- Pour oil in a large salad bowl.
- Crush garlic into it and mix the chilli well.
- Mix in chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, whip well.
- Add all chopped veggies, peanuts, chickpeas.
- Toss to coat evenly all over.
- To serve:
- Add murmure and wheat puffs, mix them well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, serve immediately.
