Ingredients:
• 25 oz – soft Tofu for soup
• 4 oz – Pork Meat
• 8 oz – kimchi
• 5 – clams
• 1 – green Onion
• Meat seasoning:
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Sesame seed oil
• Ground black pepper
• Soup seasoning:
• 2 tbsp – ground red pepper
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce for soup
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• Ground black pepper
Method:
- Clean clams.
- Cut pork into small, thin pieces.
- Add meat seasoning and mix.
- Chop kimchi.
- Heat a pot over high heat, coat it with oil, and stir in pork and kimchi.
- Reduce heat to medium, and add 1/2 cup water.
- Add clams, tofu and soup seasoning.
- Over medium low heat, boil the soup for 45 mins.
- Add salt for taste.
- Add green onion right at the end.
- Serve hot.
