Ingredients:

• 2-3 – dark chocolate Cream sandwich biscuits
• 100 gms – dark chocolate, softened
• 2 scoops – chocolate ice Cream
• 250 ml – chilled Milk
• 100 ml – whipped sweetened Cream
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 1/2 cup – chocolate sauce

Method:

  1. Crush biscuits coarsely with cream.
  2. Break chocolate into small pieces and place in small pan.
  3. Melt over very a low heat and add honey.
  4. Take off from fire and mix to form paste.
  5. Place chocolates in mixer.
  6. Pour melted chocolate and 50 ml of milk.
  7. Run mixie to form a smooth paste.
  8. Add ice cream, run again.
  9. Pour remaining milk into mixer.
  10. Take 3 transparent fluted glass of 200 ml each.
  11. Pour some chocolate sauce on the inner walls of each.
  12. Rotate carefully to cover almost all of inside walls.
  13. Repeat for all and chill glasses.
  14. Run mixer for last time, till mixture is frothy.
  15. Pour carefully into each glass.
  16. Just before serving, top each with a swirl of whipped cream.
  17. Serve immediately.
