Ingredients:
• 2-3 – dark chocolate Cream sandwich biscuits
• 100 gms – dark chocolate, softened
• 2 scoops – chocolate ice Cream
• 250 ml – chilled Milk
• 100 ml – whipped sweetened Cream
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 1/2 cup – chocolate sauce
Method:
- Crush biscuits coarsely with cream.
- Break chocolate into small pieces and place in small pan.
- Melt over very a low heat and add honey.
- Take off from fire and mix to form paste.
- Place chocolates in mixer.
- Pour melted chocolate and 50 ml of milk.
- Run mixie to form a smooth paste.
- Add ice cream, run again.
- Pour remaining milk into mixer.
- Take 3 transparent fluted glass of 200 ml each.
- Pour some chocolate sauce on the inner walls of each.
- Rotate carefully to cover almost all of inside walls.
- Repeat for all and chill glasses.
- Run mixer for last time, till mixture is frothy.
- Pour carefully into each glass.
- Just before serving, top each with a swirl of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately.
