Ingredients:

• 2 large – Raw mangoes
• 2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 4-5 – Black peppercorns, crushed
• Black salt (kala namak) to taste
• Asafoetida a pinch
• 1/2 cup – Sugar

Method:

  1. Boil mangoes, when cooled peel, mash and strain the pulp.
  2. Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafoetida and sugar.
  3. Mix well till sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour into tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.
  5. Stir well and serve.
