
Ingredients:
• 100 g – fine sev (readymade)
• 10 boiled Potatoes (cut into quarters)
• 1 small bowl sweet date chutney
• 1 small bowl green chutney
• ½ tsp – chaat masala powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder (or as taste)
• juice of a Lemon
• handful of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Place the potatoes in an glass bowl.
- Add the chutneys as per taste.
- Add chaat masala powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and some salt.
- Add lemon juice and mix gently.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
