Ingredients:

• 150g – Wheat flour
• 50g – semolina
• 50g – Besan (gram flour)
• 150g – Pure Ghee
• 150 ml – Milk
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour, semolina, besan and salt.
  2. Make a well in the mixture.
  3. Add ghee and milk and make dough.
  4. Make even sized flat balls with the dough.
  5. Bake in medium hot oven for 20 mins.
  6. Serve piping hot.
