Ingredients:
• 600g – mutton, cleaned and cut
• 150g – oil
• 200g – Onions
• 50g – whole Garam Masala
• 80g – ginger-garlic paste
• 25g – Red Chilli powder
• 15g – Turmeric powder
• 20g – coriander powder
• 15g – Coriander seeds
• 150g – Yoghurt
• 6 – whole Red Chillies
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, add the sliced onions and saute till they turn brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, whole garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder.
- Add the yoghurt and then mutton.
- Add roasted, crushed coriander seeds and allow them to cook.
- Garnish with pounded coriander seeds and whole red chillies.
