Ingredients:

• 600g – mutton, cleaned and cut
• 150g – oil
• 200g – Onions
• 50g – whole Garam Masala
• 80g – ginger-garlic paste
• 25g – Red Chilli powder
• 15g – Turmeric powder
• 20g – coriander powder
• 15g – Coriander seeds
• 150g – Yoghurt
• 6 – whole Red Chillies
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add the sliced onions and saute till they turn brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, whole garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder.
  3. Add the yoghurt and then mutton.
  4. Add roasted, crushed coriander seeds and allow them to cook.
  5. Garnish with pounded coriander seeds and whole red chillies.
