
Ingredients:
• 1 small cabbage, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chopped, Garlic
• 3 cups – of water
• 1 tsp – ground pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves or celery.
Method:
- Boil all the ingredients except coriander leaves/celery in a large saucepan.
- Allow to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- Transfer half of the soup to a blender or food processor and grind until smooth.
- Mix this with the soup and reheat as needed.
- Stir in coriander leaves./celery and add additional with pepper and hot sauce to taste.
