Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 500g
• Onion – 200g
• Tomato – 100g
• Garam Masala – 6 tsp
• Besan powder – 4 tsp
• Red Chilli powder (depends on whether you want it spicy or not)
• Oil – as per need
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Make thin slices of the onions.
- Cut the capsicum into thin pieces vertically.
- Take oil in a pan; add onions and fry them till they become brown.
- Add capsicum pieces and tomatoes and boil them for some time.
- Add garam masala and stir to mix properly.
- Add salt and red chilli powder.
- Take a small bowl of hot water, add besan, and stir till it mixes properly.
- Add this to the pan and mix it thoroughly.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
