Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 500g
• Onion – 200g
• Tomato – 100g
• Garam Masala – 6 tsp
• Besan powder – 4 tsp
• Red Chilli powder (depends on whether you want it spicy or not)
• Oil – as per need
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make thin slices of the onions.
  2. Cut the capsicum into thin pieces vertically.
  3. Take oil in a pan; add onions and fry them till they become brown.
  4. Add capsicum pieces and tomatoes and boil them for some time.
  5. Add garam masala and stir to mix properly.
  6. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  7. Take a small bowl of hot water, add besan, and stir till it mixes properly.
  8. Add this to the pan and mix it thoroughly.
  9. Boil for 5 minutes.
