Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 5 tbsp – Coconut, desiccated
• 10 – Medium, Chillies Red Dry
• 200 g – Onion
• 1 tsp – Jeera/Cumin Seeds
• 1/2 inch – Turmeric
• 1 Ball – Tamarind
• 8 – Pepper Corns
• 8 – Cloves
• 2 Sticks – Cinnamon
• 4 – Cardamoms
• 1 tbsp – Rice, raw
• 2 spoons – Salt
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 2 – Onions.
Method:
- Cut and wash the chicken.
- Then, grind all the masala with the tamarind.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the sliced onions until brown.
- Now, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry.
- Then, add the ground masala and fry well.
- Add water and simmer until dry.
