Ingredients:

• 350 gms – boneless Chicken
• 100 ml – Coconut Cream
• 100 ml – Curd/yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• Coriander – 1 small bunch
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Chop chicken into small pieces.
  2. Marinate with turmeric powder and salt, and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken.
  4. Fry till the chicken becomes semi soft.
  5. Add the green chillies to it.
  6. Add coconut cream and mix well.
  7. Now add the yoghurt and salt to taste.
  8. Let it cook till it thickens.
  9. If needed, use 1/2 cup water to get the desired consistency.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
