Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – gelatin
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 cups – skimmed Milk
• 4 tbsp – artificial sweetener
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Skimmed Milk powder
• Almonds, shredded and roasted

Method:

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over half a cup of water and leave to soak.
  2. Mix the cocoa, vanilla and milk.
  3. Heat the milk mixture and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and simmer for a minute.
  5. Add the gelatin to it and simmer for half a minute.
  6. Mix in the sweetener.
  7. Pour into individual serving bowls, and leave to cool and then to set in the refrigerator.
  8. Garnish with the milk powder and almonds and serve chilled.
