Ingredients:

• 250g – Paneer
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 tsp – powdered Sugar
• A few pieces of chocolate
• 100ml – Milk
• 250ml – rabri
• Chocolate sauce

Method:

  1. Wash paneer and hang in a muslin cloth till the water is drained (approximately 2 hours).
  2. Remove and gently knead the dough to mash the granules, if any.
  3. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar, and knead again to obtain a smooth dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
  5. Stuff a piece of chocolate into each ball.
  6. Cook the balls in milk on low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Set aside to cool.
  8. Now, pour the rabri into flat saucers or in stem glasses and place the paneer chocolate balls.
  9. Serve cold, covered with chocolate sauce.
