Ingredients:

• 2 – Chow chow
• 1 big – Onion (sliced)
• 1 – Tomato (sliced)
• 3 – Green chillies (sliced)
• 2-3 Cloves – Garlic
• Curry leaves, a few
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook all the ingredients, except for oil and coconut milk.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves, and add the cooked chow chow along with coconut milk.
  3. Serve with chapati or rice.
