
Ingredients:
• 1.25 cup – gram flour
• 1.25 cup -ghee
• 1.5- 2 cups -sugar
• 1 cup -milk
• 8-10 tsp -cocoa powder
Method:
- Mix cocoa powder in lukewarm milk. Mix it well without any lumps.
- In a heavy bottomed pan, mix all the ingredients and then keep it on the stove.
- Keep stirring the mixture and once it starts leaving the sides of the pan, place it on a greased tray and cut into pieces.
- Serve hot or cold.
