Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
• Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp (powdered)
• Dhania powder – 3 tbsps
• Chilli powder – 4 tbsps (or according to your taste)
• Pepper – 1 tbsp
• Onions – 1/4 kg made into paste (small Onions are preferable)
• Salt
• Turmeric powder
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients and keep aside for 3 or 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
- When the chicken is half cooked, lower the flame. Cover and cook until done.
- Serve with rice and dal.
