Ingredients:
• 1 bunch Spinach chopped
• 1.5 cups Corn kernels (frozen or you can boil fresh Corn kernels till it becomes tender)
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 2-3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
• Salt according to taste
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Sour Cream
Method:
- Take a kadai or wok and add butter.
- Once it heats, add chopped onions and garlic.
- Fry them till it becomes golden brown and add in the chopped tomatoes.
- Cook till the tomatoes leave their juice.
- Add the chopped spinach to it and cook on medium flame till done (do not add water)
- Add the masalas to it.
- Add the sour cream just before serving.
- Serve hot with paranthas.
