Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – chilled heavy Cream
• 1.5 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 tbsp – unsweetened chocolate
• 1/4 tsp – powdered unsweetened chocolate

Method:

  1. Beat the cream and sugar until it holds stiff peaks.
  2. Heat the milk and remove 1/4 cup. Add sugar and chocolate, stir vigorously.
  3. When fully dissolved and frothy, add to the remaining milk.
  4. Bring back to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for half a minute.
  5. Pour into 2 large mugs from a height to make it frothy.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Sprinkle powdered chocolate.
