Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Rice
• 2 cups – Bengal Gram dal (channa dal)
• 1 cup – Urad Dal

Method:

  1. Wash and soak in plenty of water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain, spread on a clean kitchen cloth till dry.
  3. Dry roast till all the moisture is dried up.
  4. Grind to the texture of fine semolina.
  5. This may be done in a home flour mill or at the commercial flour mills.
  6. Store in a dry, airtight container.
