Ingredients:
• 150g – Beaten Rice (Poha)
• 200g – Curd (Dahi)
• Salt (Namak)
Method:
- Take about 100 to 150g of thin variety of beaten rice (Poha) per person.
- Wash well with hot water and remove the water.
- Add salt.
- Just before eating, mix the poha, which is well soaked and soft by now, with yogurt and serve. This is the best replacement for the good old curd rice
