Ingredients:

• 113 gms – Dark baking chocolate
• 113 gms – Butter
• 2 – eggs
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – All-purpose flour
• Butter for greasing

Method:

  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Once the chocolate melts completely, add the butter and stir well, in a mixing bowl.
  4. Beat together the sugar and eggs until they turn light and fluffy.
  5. Add in the chocolate butter mix and flour.
  6. Beat everything together until they turn smooth.
  7. Grease the ramekins with butter and pour this cake mixture in the greased ramekins.
  8. Arrange the ramekins over a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
