Ingredients:
• Egg – 6
• Onion – 4
• Tomato – 1
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Grated Coconut – 2 tsp
Method:
- Beat the eggs with 3/4th tsp of salt in a dish. Cover and place the dish in a cooker and cook for 15 mins without the weight.
- When the egg is done, take the egg from the dish and cut into cubes of 1 cm length
- Slice onions and tomatoes
- Heat oil in a vessel and when the oil is hot, put ginger-garlic paste and onions into it and let fry till the onions are done
- Add the coconut and fry
- Add tomatoes and egg cubes and fry for about 3 mins
- Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala
- Pour 1/2 glass of water and cover the vessel with a lid. Let it cook for 5-7 mins.
- Serve hot with rice
