
Ingredients:
• 2 cups -Quick cooking Oats
• 1/2 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – All-purpose flour+1 tbsp for dusting
• 1/2 cup – Tutti fruity
• 1 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 cup – Butter (melted)
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Apple sauce
Method:
- Place the quick cooking oats, whole wheat flour, and all-purpose flour in a bowl.
- Add sugar, baking soda, baking powder, butter and tutti fruits chunks to the flour and mix until the flour turns into bread crumbs.
- Gradually add the apple sauce and mix into the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sprinkle some flour over a baking sheet, place the dough over the flour and roll the dough into discs.
- Add few more tutti fruity chunks over the dough.
- Cut the dough into 8-10 triangles.
- Bake the scones for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
- Let it cool and place in an air tight box.
