Ingredients:

• 1 – medium sized Cauliflower, cut into florets
• 250 g – Green peas
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1.5 cm – Ginger, julienned
• 2 – Green chillies, chopped fine
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves (to garnish), chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a non stick pan. Season with cumin seeds and ginger. Fry for a while.
  2. Add green chillies, cauliflower, green peas and salt. Saute well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or till done.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
  4. Serve hot with rotis.
