
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – Cabbage
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – besan flour
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour
• 3 cups – cooking oil
Method:
- Cut the cabbage leaves, onions, potatoes into small pieces.
- Mix these vegetables, chilli powder, salt and ginger with besan and rice flours.
- Add a little water while mixing.
- The mixture should not be too thick or too thin.
- Heat oil in the frying pan.
- Make small balls and flatten them with your fingers.
- Deep fry these pakodas till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or as a side dish
