
Ingredients:
• 100 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – grated Doodhi
• 50 g – soaked Channa dal
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• Oil – for cooking
Method:
- Grind the soaked channa dal.
- Mix together the grated cabbage, doodhi, ground dal, salt, chillies and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and form small balls.
- Deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
