Ingredients:

• 100 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – grated Doodhi
• 50 g – soaked Channa dal
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• Oil – for cooking

Method:

  1. Grind the soaked channa dal.
  2. Mix together the grated cabbage, doodhi, ground dal, salt, chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Mix well and form small balls.
  4. Deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
