Ingredients:

• 1 cup (200 g) or a small bunch – coriander leaves, wash and chop finely (or Mint leaves or a mix of coriander and Mint leaves)
• 3 thin slices – Raw Mango
• 1 inch piece – ginger, chopped
• 1 – Green chilli (1 big or 2 small)
• 1/4 tsp – salt (or to taste)

Method:

  1. Make a smooth paste of all the ingredients in a mixer. Sprinkle very little water.
  2. Finally adjust the consistency of the chutney, with 1 – 2 tbsps of water, if required.
  3. Serve with North Indian chaats, khandvi, dhokla.
