Ingredients:
• 250g – Curd
• 50g – boiled green gram
• 25g – chopped Carrot
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder (optional)
Method:
- Take curd in a bowl.
- Add the boiled green gram and chopped carrot to it. Mix well
- Then add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Serve raita with any main dish.
