
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Seedless green Grapes
• 2 tbsp – Condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Milk powder
• 1 tbsp – Sugar, powdered
• 200 ml – Chilled water
• 2 drops – Vanilla essence
• 1 drop – Green food color (optional).
Method:
- Grind the green grapes into a smooth paste in a mixer. Now add all the other ingredients to it, except the water.
- Grind until all the ingredients are pureed.
- Now add the water, and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Strain to remove the skin.
- Serve immediately while frothy.
