Ingredients:

• 250 g – Seedless green Grapes
• 2 tbsp – Condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Milk powder
• 1 tbsp – Sugar, powdered
• 200 ml – Chilled water
• 2 drops – Vanilla essence
• 1 drop – Green food color (optional).

Method:

  1. Grind the green grapes into a smooth paste in a mixer. Now add all the other ingredients to it, except the water.
  2. Grind until all the ingredients are pureed.
  3. Now add the water, and blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Strain to remove the skin.
  5. Serve immediately while frothy.
