
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – green color or any other food color
• 1/4 cup – agar agar
Method:
- Heat water in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Once it starts boiling, add finely chopped agar agar pieces.
- After it dissolves, keep the flame on sim and add sugar, food colour and cardamom powder.
- Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and refrigerate it for an hour.
- Take the jellies out of the tray carefully with the help of a spoon.
