Ingredients:

• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – green color or any other food color
• 1/4 cup – agar agar

Method:

  1. Heat water in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Once it starts boiling, add finely chopped agar agar pieces.
  3. After it dissolves, keep the flame on sim and add sugar, food colour and cardamom powder.
  4. Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and refrigerate it for an hour.
  6. Take the jellies out of the tray carefully with the help of a spoon.
