Ingredients:

• 2 cups – frozen peas.
• 1 tbsp – dry grapes.
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste.
• 1 tbsp – coarsely crushed cashews.
• Salt – to taste.
• 2 – green chillies.
• oil – 1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Boil the peas and coarsely grind them in a mixer.
  2. Add the other ingredients and make small thin vadas.
  3. Place the vadas on a kadai.
  4. Pour 1 tsp of oil and roast the vadas until they are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
