
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – tender green gram
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 small tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander, finely chopped
• 1 slice raw mango, finely chopped (on availability)
• or Lemon juice as per taste
• 1 tbsp – fine sev
• 1/2 cup – mixed farsan or puffed Rice (murmure)
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1/2 tsp – green all purpose chutney
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix together gram, onion, tomato, mango (or lemon), salt.
- Add coriander (save some for garnish).
- Just before serving, add farsan (or murmure), half sev, chutneys.
- Mix well. Serve in individual bowls.
- Garnish with remaining coriander and sev.
- Serve immediately.
