Ingredients:
• Any fleshy fish – 1 lb
• Yogurt – 1 cup (hung to drain out the excess fluid)
• Salt – according to taste
• Ginger- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Crushed Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all the items except the fish.
- Blend well and coat the fish pieces with this mixture. Keep it marinated for an hour at least.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Centigrade. Bake fishes for 45 minutes turning once in between.
- Serve hot with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
