Ingredients:
• 1 – packet of sweet Corn soup
• 1 – Spring onion
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 tbsp – Cabbage
• Butter
Method:
- Use one packet of ready to make sweet corn soup.
- Add enough water as directed on the instructions, dissolve and keep aside till required.
- Finely chop one sprig onion, with greens.
- Add 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 tbsp. cabbage chopped.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Put a small blob of butter in pan.
- Add vegetables.
- Stir for a minute, add dissolved packet contents, stirring continuously till it starts to boil.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with a few drops of soya sauce and chilli sauce, with each serving.
- Serve piping hot.
- Makes 5 servings approx.
