Ingredients:

• Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
• Urud dhal – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli – 3 or 4 pieces
• Grated Coconut – 5 to 6 tbsp
• Curd – 2 cups

Method:

  1. First fry all the ingredients except curd in little oil and make a powder.
  2. Fry the vegetable in little oil until it becomes soft.
  3. Add curd and salt. Allow it to boil for few seconds.
  4. Add the ground ingredients immediately and allow it to boil well.
  5. Add the seasoning to the kuzhambu.
  6. It goes well with rice and pappad.
