
Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – bread, cut into small pieces
• 3 – medium-sized onions, finely chopped
• 2 – medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Dhania
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder
• salt to taste
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds splutter, add the cumin seeds and a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add the onions and fry until golden.
- Add the green chillies, dhania and jeera powder and fry.
- Add the tomatoes and chilli powder and fry just a bit.
- Toss the bread pieces in, add salt to taste and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
