Ingredients:
• 3 cups – cooked Rice
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala
• 1 cup – frozen Green peas
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Heat enough oil in a pan, fry the cumin seeds until they turn brown.
- Add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste to the vegetables, saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the frozen peas, pav bhaji masala, saute for few minutes.
- Add some water and cook until the water evaporates.
- Now add the cooked rice, salt, lemon juice and toss everything gently until everything gets well mixed in high heat. Put off the stove immediately.
- Serve with potato chips or any sort of meats.
