Ingredients:

• 3 cups – cooked Rice
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala
• 1 cup – frozen Green peas
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil in a pan, fry the cumin seeds until they turn brown.
  2. Add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the vegetables, saute until the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add the frozen peas, pav bhaji masala, saute for few minutes.
  5. Add some water and cook until the water evaporates.
  6. Now add the cooked rice, salt, lemon juice and toss everything gently until everything gets well mixed in high heat. Put off the stove immediately.
  7. Serve with potato chips or any sort of meats.
