
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Millet
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 cup –
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 10- Cashew nuts
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 8-10- Pistachios (chopped).
Method:
- Pressure cook the millet with milk up to 2 whistles.
- Once the steam gets released, pour the sweetened condensed milk, and water and let it boil.
- Meanwhile heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts until golden brown.
- Add it to the kheer.
- Remove from the stove and add the cardamom powder.
- Serve warm topped with chopped pistachio nuts.
