Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Millet
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 cup –
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 10- Cashew nuts
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 8-10- Pistachios (chopped).

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the millet with milk up to 2 whistles.
  2. Once the steam gets released, pour the sweetened condensed milk, and water and let it boil.
  3. Meanwhile heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts until golden brown.
  4. Add it to the kheer.
  5. Remove from the stove and add the cardamom powder.
  6. Serve warm topped with chopped pistachio nuts.
