
Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Ripe Olives
• 250 gms – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Salt
• 4-5 tsp – Mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 10 tsp – Mustard oil
Method:
- Boil Olives in a little water.
- Then allow the water to dry.
- Now rub in all the spices and place the olives in a glass jar or bowl, in the sun, for 2-3 days.
- The Misti Achar is ready. It tastes delicious!
