Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Ripe Olives
• 250 gms – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Salt
• 4-5 tsp – Mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 10 tsp – Mustard oil

Method:

  1. Boil Olives in a little water.
  2. Then allow the water to dry.
  3. Now rub in all the spices and place the olives in a glass jar or bowl, in the sun, for 2-3 days.
  4. The Misti Achar is ready. It tastes delicious!
