
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Ragi flour
• 1/4 cup – Soya flour
• 1/4 cup – Bajra flour
• 2 tbsp – All-purpose flour for dusting
• 1/4 cup – Grated Zucchini
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 cup – Yogurt
• Salt
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Take a large bowl.
- Add all the flours, grated zucchini, cumin seeds and salt together.
- Gradually add the yogurt and oil.
- Knead as a soft dough (add water if needed).
- Take care not to add excess water else it may turn watery.
- Make 12-15 balls from the dough.
- Dust with all-purpose flour and roll out rotis.
- Heat a pan. Sprinkle some water and gently place the roti over the hot pan.
- Cook the roti on a simmer flame, on both sides, until they get well cooked. Serve hot.
