Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Green pea paste
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1 cup – Cauliflower
• 1 – Potato
• 1 tbsp – Onion paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 cup – oil
• salt to taste
• 4 cup – water
Method:
- Heat oil, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the onion paste and fry.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, green pea paste and fry.
- Add the cauliflower, green peas, chopped potato, salt and water and cook till done.
- Add tomato puree, heat through and serve with chappati.
