Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Green pea paste
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1 cup – Cauliflower
• 1 – Potato
• 1 tbsp – Onion paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 cup – oil
• salt to taste
• 4 cup – water

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add the onion paste and fry.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, green pea paste and fry.
  4. Add the cauliflower, green peas, chopped potato, salt and water and cook till done.
  5. Add tomato puree, heat through and serve with chappati.
