Ingredients:
• 2 cups of grated Coconut
• 1 cup of grated Jaggery
• Oil to deep fry
• 2 cups of Wheat flour
• Salt to taste
• Kishmish (optional) 10-12 pieces
Method:
- Make dough using wheat flour add salt to this.
- This should be like chapatti dough.
- Add grated coconut, jaggery and mix well.
- Heat this mixture till homogeneous.
- Add kishmish to it.
- Take a lump of dough and make puri out of it. Fill above mixture in it and give it karanji shape. Cut it with knife.
- Make similar karanjis of remaining dough.
- Deep-fry them.
