Ingredients:
• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Ground Channa dal – 1/2 cup
• Onion, chopped fine – 1
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Oil to fry
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – white til
Method:
- Mix maida, channa dal, white til, chopped onion, hot oil, red chilli powder and salt.
- Mix and shape into round balls and flatten with the palm of your hands.
- Heat oil in and deep-fry.
- Serve hot.
