Ingredients:

• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Ground Channa dal – 1/2 cup
• Onion, chopped fine – 1
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Oil to fry
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – white til

Method:

  1. Mix maida, channa dal, white til, chopped onion, hot oil, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Mix and shape into round balls and flatten with the palm of your hands.
  3. Heat oil in and deep-fry.
  4. Serve hot.
