
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – noodles
• 2 packets – noodle masala
• 1/2 cup – Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower
• 2 – Onions
• 1 cup – peas
• 1.25 cups – basmati Rice
Method:
- Fry the rice in oil and cook it.
- After cooking the rice spread it in a big plate.
- Add salt, sugar, ajinomoto and 1 pack of noodle masala. Mix it nicely.
- Fry all the vegetables in oil.
- Then add the second pack of noodle masala, the noodles with the vegetables and mix it well.
- Add 2 cups of hot water and cook it.
- After the noodles are cooked, add the rice and mix it well. Keep it on sim for 5 mins and serve hot.
