Ingredients:

• 1 packet – noodles
• 2 packets – noodle masala
• 1/2 cup – Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower
• 2 – Onions
• 1 cup – peas
• 1.25 cups – basmati Rice

Method:

  1. Fry the rice in oil and cook it.
  2. After cooking the rice spread it in a big plate.
  3. Add salt, sugar, ajinomoto and 1 pack of noodle masala. Mix it nicely.
  4. Fry all the vegetables in oil.
  5. Then add the second pack of noodle masala, the noodles with the vegetables and mix it well.
  6. Add 2 cups of hot water and cook it.
  7. After the noodles are cooked, add the rice and mix it well. Keep it on sim for 5 mins and serve hot.
