
Ingredients:
• 3 – Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
• 1 cup – Banana Blossom (chopped and cooked)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seed powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• Oil
• Salt
• A few Curry leaves
Method:
- Take the mashed potatoes, cooked banana blossom chunks, fennel seed powder, garam masala powder and mix everything well with salt and keep aside.
- Heat a few drops of oil and saute the chopped onions and chopped green chillies with curry leaves.
- Once the onions turn translucent, put off the stove.
- Add the cooked vegetables to the potato mixture, mix everything well until they turn into a dough.
- Make a thick white sauce with corn flour and water.
- Make medium-sized round shaped cutlets from the mixture.
- Dip the cutlets in the corn flour paste and roll over the rolled oats.
- Arrange these cutlets in fridge for an hour.
- Shallow fry them until the crust turns brown.
